In the heart of the Barossa Valley, Atze’s Corner produces rich, full-bodied Australian Shiraz. The hand-selected fruit grows on an unassuming plot of land east of Nuriootpa, adjacent to the locally-known Atze’s Corner.
Atze’s Corner hand-selects fruit from these low-yielding 1912 and 1951 Shiraz vines and uses minimal intervention: open, small-batch fermentation, hand-plunging and pumping, oak maturation, and minimal filtering and fining. The resulting artisan red wines showcase the best of the Barossa Valley.
Overseen by sixth-generation vigneron Andrew Kalleske, Atze’s Corner wines range from the elegant and vibrant flavours of The Renegade to the complex and bold flavours of Eddies Old Vine Shiraz.
